Before stepping into the world of nutrition, I spent over 10 years working as a planner in fashion and then property. My passion for nutrition started long before I made it my career. Friends would often ask me for advice on what to eat. After becoming a mum and taking time out, I finally turned that passion into something more; helping others feel confident and in control of their health.
